We are alone, but we go on
With only love as our home
Ways we find to love each day
Will console us on our way.

We have made a secret plan
To be together till the end
And even in that frightful hour
To be devoted, strong and sure.

We can live any way at all
We can be great, we can be small
We can move thru out all space
We can lead the human race.

For now with you I am content
To be part of life's intent
When it's time to go on stage
All will hear all that we say.
