The Instruction

The instruction is simple
Repetition is done
Aloud to oneself
The five steps to One.

There's no past, no future,
No body, no thoughts,
There's no I to have them
That's where you start.

It's really no more than
The poise of those words
And a slight suspense
From all consequence.

Now practice and see
There's no more than that
No claims or promises
Just get on with it.
