In the company of sages,
Those who named the ages,
One was first before them all.

Their dream vacation spaces
May have had their takers
Comfort their pain replaces.

But best the gods could do
Was smile, hold up the bloom;
Better is a beast that paces.

What grand spectacles for
Those who wanted more war
More coins for their coffins.

There were also those few
Who knew best was bow to
The One in all, the master.
