The Web Poetry Corner - Pafu - Grown Young
Grown Young
by
Pafu
A child at last, a child again
Another voice in Life's refrain
Joyful in the garden playing
Born a child, a child remains.
Invention is the children's world
They become what they think of
Rulers of celestial orbs
Creators of the purest love.
Here perfection is a child
Ever changing all the while
The one we were, the one we are
Old and grown young again.
