time was spring

what an exciting journey it was - - ?

global negotiating

the negotiation conveys

beauty of art

it also sustains

the grace of science

it is so memorable

as Dr. Strange

conducts the coaching

colleagues are around

with strategies

carrying on missions

resolving disputes

applying vast tools

of negotiation

so making history

focusing is sharp

on conclusions

thought of rationality

practice of reliability

building confidence

pursuing acceptance

listening actively

is the name of the game

speaking clearly

helps everyone gain

persuasion is essential

at the top of the agenda

remaining open

in persuasion

optimizes the chance

for a fair negotiation

mediation is a tool

truly constructive

resolves the disputes

via an honest broker

extremely productive

while a settlement

turns to stalemate

precise tool of arbitration

resolves the debates

in negotiation

time is precious

not to neglect it

communication is crucial

let's put it to work

principles and values

should be recognized

cultural diversity

ought to be realized

religion and tradition

not to be ignored

to win precisely

keep them utilized

telling a story

inspires the climate

hospitality initiates brightness

exposes the path

for a sincere negotiation

open a window

for each closed door

focusing on the issue

is a brilliant approach

would be assisting

in winning through

position as a goal

is a no- no sign

halts the negotiation

before party knows

building up friendship

not failing to'have fun'

being sweet and professional

is not a budging sign

threatening is shaky

harassment is reckless

humiliation has no commission

for life saving

planet could be saved

from catastrophe
