The Web Poetry Corner - Md Cooks - Untitled #4

Untitled #4

by

Md Cooks

Unburden thy self from ruthless pain,
The masquerade, to nurse old wounds,
Sheds no fear.
In a house of mirrors,
Truths reflect,
Yet refracted often thru eyes,
To those,
Never looking in,
At the honest lies,
That heals,
Like butter on a burn.
