Seven Songs for Midnight

by

Md Cooks

Seven songs for midnight,
You sang for me,
Seven songs at midnight,
Your voice will always be,
Seven songs of midnight.

The first time you sang,
Was to let me know,
The second song, was so strong,
Told me nothings wrong.

Seven songs for midnight,
You sang for me,
Seven songs at midnight,
Your voice will always be,
Seven songs of midnight.

Your following tune,
Was quite clear,
Shining with the moon.
Letting go of any fear.

Without taking a breath,
You sang a fourth song,
Whispering and guiding,
Where I always belong.

Seven songs for midnight,
You sang for me,
Seven songs at midnight,
Your voice will always be,
Seven songs of midnight

Fifth and foremost,
Was verse without reason,
And the sixth of faith,
A song for my season.

The seventh song at midnight,
Was a voice so free,
For these seven songs at midnight,
I realize you finally noticed me.
