Eyes's so blue, hair so sweet
Love so new
At last your here, so close to me
Without you girl I'm lost at sea

Strong little darling
My dear growing rose
When mummy took you away
My book didn't close

Cause you see baby
you've got to be strong
My sweet lady, sometimes I'm wrong
But not this time, I tried,you see I tried
I tried to make her happy
She said she was, but not inside

Now I don't need to cry no more
Faith has sent you to my door
Strong little baby
Hold me tight
Now I can get some sleep tonight
