A Walk Down a Stream

Took a walk along a stream today
lightly flickering sunrays filtered through the trees
the meandering water way
reminded me of the pleasures of life
how important it is to just sit still
observe what's going on
So, I sat down upon the dirt
put my feet into the cool water
and stared into the depths
