You’re my Adonis
My midnights kiss
With a strobe of moonlight on his lips
You’re my Adonis
My midnights kiss
With a heart of passion—he promised me this:
That heaven was apart of my soul, with his:
That heaven was apart of his soul, when my lips
Touched his_
That heaven was apart of his soul, his kiss
The wonderful night we two kissed:
And I’m not just romancing this
You’re my Adonis
My midnights kiss
The reason I dream, is
For soothe, for chance, to reminisce
Loving you_
Loving me_
Loving you_
Loving me_
My Adonis
My midnights kiss
My Adonis
Oh the nights we kissed
Our two hearts clenched as one, like a ball in a fist
Like a bloom in the frozen, dew-lit, melting, forest, mist
Oh and sweet heart I yearned, till
You gave me your eternal word, your promise
And sweet heart you promised, me this!
That for all eternity this!
That for all our eternity this!
That nothing! Not even her goddess,
The Venus of love!
Couldn’t separate us!
Couldn’t separate us!
From this!
The pleasures of an eternal midnights kiss
