The Web Poetry Corner - Lydia Laurel - The Seaside

The Seaside

by

Lydia Laurel

Waves splash against the sandy shore,
Children search for shell and play.
I build a castle out of sand
On this sunny summer day.
Hear the laughter and the shouts,
While ocean hugs the sand.
I love this gorgeous little place
Where water meets the land.
