The wistful words you say pour from soft
beautiful lips
Say what I live to hear
Say you care
Say you love me

Woman-
I am a better man because of you

You wear my shirt to bed
You wear it because it smells like me
Now you are inside me
How well you know me
And I you
Make one -
two

You are the cream and sugar of my world
I could not-
Would not imagine life without you as my wife

Sharing our thoughts and dreams
We weave the stories of the night into the
fabric of our life
Both of us knowing together as husband and wife
It will be true

Waking in the morning
My eyes open to a new day
It's another page of our love story
My eyes open to you by my side
You are my sun
Then at night
When our day is through
You are my moon

After goodnites
I toss to the side to thank God for
what he has done
I thank God for you
