The Web Poetry Corner - Luigi Lalumia - Good Night Summer

Good Night Summer

by

Luigi Lalumia

Falls finger tips brush cool air
Through Summers burning blonde hair
Cooling her heated head
Fall is gently whispering "It's time,it's time."
Summer fights to stay
While she glares like the sun she is
Her back is betrayed
Roots and ground grow cold
Summers fight will to grow old

There are not complete writings. Only beginnings.
