The Web Poetry Corner - Laura Beth Leither - A Quick Note

A Quick Note

by

Laura Beth Leither

Ten hour days
We go about
Our seperate ways
Without a doubt
Both striving to be
Successful and proud
Letting others see
The peace in the crowd
But I can hardly wait
Until the day is through
To call you up late
To say 'I love you!'
