What is it like to walk in your shoes?
Is it really that different, or just same old news?

What is it like to see through your eyes,
Seeing the world with understanding so wise?

What is it like to speak your voice?
If you spoke now, your words of choice?

What is it like to touch your skin?
Feeling your love from so deep within?

What is it like to live in your reality?
Is anyone with you; if so is it me?

What is it like to have a sinister grin?
Is it your heart that I may soon win?

What is it like to be in a poem?
By someone who loves you when you don't even know him?
