The Price of Freedom

My country means so much to me,
It is my home, the land of the free.
I live how I want and love how I live,
Our great country has so much to give.
This freedom comes with a great cost,
All the men and women whose lives were lost.
They gave their lives for the land they loved,
God now takes them to his home above.
