Sweet love is a crescent moon
on a starry night
roses in the month of June
kisses of delight...
Sweet love is a sea of gold
on a sunny day
sailing ships from days of old
views across the bay.
..But love is more than this.

Sweet love is your hand in mine
dancing cheek to cheek
hearing love-songs so divine
every time you speak!
You and I, just on our own
nothing can compare
when you say I'm yours alone
"heaven" we both share.
