I am Ompapa! A being from another clime
Though I am known here as John
I, his alter ego sometime help him rhyme
I do not let him feel put upon

I just give hints you see
He is in accord with this of course
He resides in left brain chiefly
I in right without remorse

If his poetry's resticted, he requires me
I am at always at his beck and call
I guide beyond his sticking point, to free
His awareness from resticted left to all

So both hemispheres at capcity
Will meet this poet's needs
Give him more of his, and my tenacity
To write of life and love's fine deeds
Ompapa
