God One Wo/Man at a time
by
John William McGrath III
I went to sleep and in a dream
My life was much different you see
Nothing was as it may seem
I was powerless with no creativity
I was not a brilliant being of light
Where I shed light it just stayed dark
I had a shape and was full of fright
Everything inside me a black mark
A tiny speck on another small one
I had shrunk so small, and barely see
Why is my mind sunk into oblivion
What is this thing? I know it's not me
Oh, I see, a human body hard to control
It seems to be so unco-ordininate
And there is nothing I see to extoll
I'm so many! I'm beginning to exasperate
I realize I am in a dream, I will be Light
Yes, I will be calm and make a pledge
I will do it in love and not with might
I am the Creator of all my knowledge
Well I awoke and expanded again
All knowledge returned, what else?
The 3rd dimension is no more
I AM My Self! I've closed the door
