The Web Poetry Corner - John William McGrath III - Earth's Sky

Earth's Sky

by

John William McGrath III

Ahh... Rainbow bending colors Bright
Some cloaked as in the darkest night
Such beauty for the eye and heart
Man's mind has toyed with from the very start

And glorious angels purifying clouds
Seeding them with cotton for the crowds
Reaffirming love with mornings dew
The angels saying God/ess is loving you

No more clouds of gray, just puffy balloons
Hanging in the air like white buffoons
Spectrumizing sunrays as a filter
Assuring nothing in the air is out of kilter
