Thankful for being with you
I swear that I'll always treat you true
I never thought that love would find me
But, it did when I first found you.

There's alot of things I'm thankful for
Most of all I'm thankful for having the chance...
The chance to know how being treated right does feel
For you mean to me a great deal and I know you always will.

I thanked God last night for sending me you
I didn't want to close my eyes
Because I was afraid of not seing you again
Knowing that if I never saw you again I'd be so blue.

I'm thankful for holding you tight
I'm thankful that you treat me so right
Oh how badly I wish I could hold you tonight
For I'm falling in love with you too with all my might.

Thankful for being with you
I swear there's nothing I'd rather do
Than make it to where you'll always be happy with me
Because my life could never be worth living without you.
