Canadian war on Terrorism
Our soldiers are off looking for those terrorists Taliban,
In a very distant mountainous place called Afghanistan,
And if they find one and see him first, they’ll shoot him they say,
He’s obviously a terrorist so there’s no other way.
But other Taliban guys are here taking lessons to fly,
Over Pickering nuclear power station not very high,
The irony in all this is lost to our politicians,
Pompously preening at the UN ‘bout Charter conditions.
Do terrorists above nuclear power stations have rights?
If they’ve got one of those nuclear reactors in their sights?
Does it matter if all those eight reactors are closed down?
Will this prevent a Chernobyl or maybe a near meltdown?
Did they know the nuclear nerds can’t get Pickering working?
Walking around at night outside the fence looking and lurking?
While our soldiers are over in Afghanistan where they’re sent
Can you see anything strange about these peculiar events?
