Mr. Pennyfather.

There was a teacher called Pennyfather.
Who in our class caused quite a palaver.
Between the desks he would pace.
Checking that we were in our rightful place.
When poetry was on the agenda.
He would recite 'Ode to a Greacian Urn'for us to remember.
Little idioms he had, used to make us chuckle.
When angered he would finger his belt buckle.
'Penny-Daddy' was his 'nick-name'.
Or 'Penny- Farthing'. Now it would be rather tame.
Larry Flood would hide under his table.
While Pennyfather was reciting a fable.
