The Web Poetry Corner - Fred Mason - Boring

Boring

by

Fred Mason

Boris was boring.
That's the simple way of putting it.
Even his snoring
is boring. His friends think he is a twit.

They say that he could bore for his country and thats not all.
Boring for the world would be well within his call.
His clothes are all one colour(Drab).
His voice is a monotone that drives everyone mad.

But,one day an apple fell on his head.
A little strange he was after that, it was said.
(Boring)was gone.(Exciting)was here.
Even his voice changed.Normal and not queer.
