Quest for a Pure Vector

Hooking onto purpose is twofold action:
identify then dedicate
and self-perpetuating centrifuge begins
causing rationale and rationalising causation -
comfort of the hook beyond restricting freedom

It’s a simple cybernetic principle:
filtering and acuifying of external input
amplification, goal-directed action
loop-stabilisation through feedback and control -
optimum performance of the self-selected task

Yet nothing would be end in itself:
the continuum of primary goals
is self-enfolded and self-compelling
it’s easy to recognise that you are hook -
baited with heredity and cultural expectation

Then there is the unquantifiable:
inner connectedness to vanishing source
modulating the first-instance trajectories
of gene and meme in their self-serving course -
awareness superlatively beyond enslaved machine

The vector of true freedom then perhaps:
lies not in avoidance of recognition
or evasion of integration
but in the quest itself -
unfettered, free dynamic resonance
