The Web Poetry Corner - Emma - Louise Braiden - Angel

Angel

by

Emma - Louise Braiden

Gardian Angel
Hangs by her Neck
Eyelids Closed
On Wrinkled, pale Skin
Tiny Lashes
Never Move
Her Wings of Rafia
Cascade down her
Back
Lost in the Folds
Of her Gown
Non-existant Hands
Clutch a Ring of Crimson Flowers
Gold Rose in the Centre
Still and Silent she Stays
Gently Swaying in the Breeze
Peaceful Angel
Gardian of My Dreams
