The Web Poetry Corner - Eddie Tacub - Stress & Relief

Stress & Relief

by

Eddie Tacub

I feel lost when you’re not around
I feel like treasure but I haven’t been found
The world is passing me by
Still I hear no sound
What can I do to see you once more?
When will you come walking through my front door?
So much pleasure yet so much pain
I feel the weight on my shoulders
But still I try to maintain, I can’t explain
All the feelings that I feel
I got so much love, ready to reveal
I’m going to try and keep strong
I’ll let time do his part
My feelings will never change
All the things I do and say
It comes from my heart
So all I ask is for us to wait
One day you’ll realize
That you are my "soul mate!"

NEXT?
Why don't you look at Unfinished Symphony
