The Web Poetry Corner - Eddie Tacub - Finding Myself

Finding Myself

by

Eddie Tacub

I'm drinking my sorrows away
Just to make it through my life day-by-day
What more can I say?
I'm just trying to make a way out of no way
I feel like a boat ready to set sail
Only theres a whole in it
And everyone bails
I feel like my brother
Being locked up & trapped in jail
I'm at the downfall in my life
I feel gray and pale
I'm trying to figure out
Who I am or what I'm going to be
Feeling lost and confused
Someone please save me...
