The Web Poetry Corner - Dina Dinsmoor - Threads of Survival
Threads of Survival
by
Dina Dinsmoor
My soul is gone
upon looking into reality
slowly I lay on this bed
and fade into nothing
my thoughts roll by slowly
Whats left of soul
reaches out for pieces to sew
and make a patchwork quilt
a new spirit behold
or one that is very aged
