REFLECTIONS OF THE HEART

Our hearts are like a mirror,
Shining ever so bright,
Reflecting all lifes emotions,
But, keeping them out of sight.

The strongest emotion a heart can feel,
Is the motion we call love.
To share this emotion with anyone,
We must believe there's a God up above.

If everyone learned to share their love,
What a peaceful, serene world this would be.
If we all loved our country, our family and friends,
No more war or strife would we see.

So mirror, mirror in our hearts,
Let all our love emotions shine thru.
Don't keep then hidden anymore,
And, please, let them be contagious too.
