Você foi o começo de tudo,
Minha raiz,
Meu apoio.

Num fatídico dia,
Justamente em meu natalício,
Como em efeito inverso,
Subitamente você se foi.

Não creio que tenha sido
Escolha sua
Deixar os seus
Num dia festivo,
Daqueles seus favoritos,
Deixando seu lugar à mesa
Para sempre vago,
No maior vazio.

O silêncio se fez,
E até hoje penso que
Você poderia estar aqui,
Acompanhando,
Como outrora,
Os bons e os maus momentos,
Deixando a vida mais bela,
Mais simples,
Mais possível de ser.
