Numa noite quente,
Com brisa pouco evidente,
Deitado,
Lá na rua,
Está um exausto vivente.

O mormaço,
A calmaria,
Tudo contribui
Para que a preguiça,
Pouco a pouco,
Tome conta.

Nem roncar
O vivente ronca,
Para poupar suas energias.

Mais tarde,
Todavia,
Quem sabe,
De repente,
A noite deixe de ser tão quente?!

Então,
Sim,
O vivente,
Já mais animado,
Poderá entrar em sua casa,
Buscando um abrigo,
Seu aconchego,
Para aguardar
O raiar de um novo dia.
