Horas atrás
Tábuas, telhas e calhas,
Dispersas pelo terreno,
Indicavam a demolição
De uma casinha
Que outrora foi um lar.

Na noite passada,
Um corajoso guardião
Vigiava,
No pátio,
Para ninguém invadir o local,
Na ausência dos antigos proprietários.

Eis que agora
Lá encontro um caminhão,
Totalmente carregado,
E que todo o material levará.

O passado se distanciará,
Sobre rodas,
Para outro rumo tomar.
E o fiel guardião,
Para onde irá?
