Guarda-chuva a postos,
Lá vou eu,
Enfrentar a chuva fria.

As calçadas parecem rios caudalosos,
Com a água correndo,
Vindo de todas as direções.

Forte e determinada,
A água nem pede passagem,
Abrindo caminho,
Rompendo sua trilha,
Fria e insistente.

Fujo da água,
Com os sapatos já encharcados,
Por esta chuva
Que não cansa de chover.
