I am haunted tonight
By tarnished dreams
Forever locked
Inside my mind--
Dreams that once
Seemed posible,
Attainable...
But they torment me now,
Like cruel demons
Trying to take possession
Of my being.
What once gave me hope
Now gives me sorrow
From which there is no escape.
