Lovelight

Oh! I wish that night would never end,
that night to dawn would never wend.

That my love need never join the moon,
and give way to dawn that comes to soon.

Dark laughing eyes whose bright light,
lives within my heart, sends me delight.

Remembrance of you I have,
and the soft sweet eyes
that shine with, Lovelight.
