The Web Poetry Corner - Bruce Richard Wallace - Shedid not hear what I would say

Shedid not hear what I would say

by

Bruce Richard Wallace

I brought her flowers
We talked for hours.
But, she never really saw what
was in my heart.
The way I need her
The way I want her.
She does not know how I feel
at all.
(Chorus)
You must know how I miss
her everyday.
Just what does she want me to say.
Lets forget yesterday.
Listen to the words I say today.
The words I spoke to her she did
not hear them.
I must have been the biggest fool of all.
She was my shinning
She was my soul mate.
I loved her most of all.
(Chorus)
You must know how I miss
her everyday.
Just what does she want me to say.
Lets forget yesterday.
Listen to the words I say today.
