The Web Poetry Corner - Bruce Richard Wallace - I am Mister right

I am Mister right

by

Bruce Richard Wallace

Christina you and I
We are best friends
We have been since we first met.
You and I
Have sure been through a lot
We shared laughter and regrets.
We had our bad days
and sometimes we disagreed.
I am lucky because you are a friend to me.
Now yes you can be so stubborn
Sometimes I think you like to fight.
Yet I hope and pray that someday you
will know that I am your mister right.
I will hold you and give you everything that
you will need. Christina I am Mister Right
