The Web Poetry Corner - Bruce Richard Wallace - Her Eyes

Her Eyes

by

Bruce Richard Wallace

Christina's eyes are big and brown and very
pretty you know.
Christina's eyes are like a candle when I am
around they glow.
Christina's eyes sparkle and she can not say
its not so.
Christina's eyes I would stare at all day.
Christina's eyes are so pretty no makeup
in the way.
Christina's eyes is the first thing I saw
Eyes like hers should be against the law.
your eyes were meant for me
so open your eyes so you can see me
Your eyes go with your pretty face
nobody else can keep pace.
So please let me kiss that pretty face.
To me you are not a disgrace.I do not care
how you put your hair as long as your eyes are there.
