Christina I want to hold you
when you cry.
I want to wipe the tears from
your eyes.
I want to show you how much
I love you. I want to prove I
really do.
You do not know what a real
man is until you have been with me.
Give me a chance and see.
Just because I am now a preacher does
Not mean I do not love or care.
I am the only one who still is there.
You are the missing beat in my heart
It’s been that way since we did part.
I loved you from the very start.
