Shoot-to-kill, no matter mayhap the innocent.

It's ugly sickness in a nation
When they,
Sworn to noble Service and Protection,
Are obligated
To stoop lowest to splatter splay
The heads of citizens
In broad daylight
Before already terrorized citizens.
And all because of national infections
Incurred by conniving liar politicians.
