The Web Poetry Corner - Azra Daniel Francis - Racism.

Racism.

by

Azra Daniel Francis

Forbidden thing
We're still eating

In our garden
Of Eden,

Willingly ignoring
A second fall coming.

Again we're not heeding
The word in the beginning

Warned against a suffering
We're bent on repeating.
