Extinguish me,
Almighty God,
That no one,
Nothing
Here that was
Or is to come
Will ever know
I lived.

And from Your Mind as well,
Especially,
My God,
Extinguish me.

If I believed
There could be
Other gods to choose,
I would abandon You
With glee without regret.

Unfortunately,
I believe in You
And only You.

But I cannot accept
Your Need
For all the cruelty,
Unfairness,
Evil
In this world
You've made.

I can't;
I don't;
I won't
Believe a God
All-powereful
All-knowing
Could not come up with a
Fairer
Kinder
Way to serve
All-loving truth.

Extinguish me,
Almighty God.

And, please, my God,
Right now;
Forevermore.

And yes, too,
Retroactively
Eternally.
