Meek and Meekless
by
Anne Strausser
Lord let me grasp the strength to climb the highest mountain.
I've forseen the ability to walk.
Following the need to quench my thirst
with the water from any fountain.
With the sight I behold,
not only to focus on the beauty.
But to overcome and tackle the beast.
Using my insights wisely to judge fairly
the good from the evil.
Knowing when to be humble,
accepting everyone for what they are
regarless of sex, creed, or handicap
These traits make you special.
I say if a person has a handicap,
don't judge him solely on this.
Because they're alot wiser than you.
DOn't be cruel because of a persons race.
For their heart's in the right place.
This world would be a much brighter place.
If people would learn to love and not judge.
