The Web Poetry Corner - Angela Darlene Bean - The Ring

The Ring

by

Angela Darlene Bean

The woman seems eerie
Lighthouse
Dead horses
A ladder
A quiet kid, artistic
He'll die
Watch the tape
The phone rings
Then you die
You have 7 days
You don't want to hurt anyone
But I do
She was murdered
Thrown down a well
The chair spins
She lives her life in darkness
Now she will tell her story
You won't forget her
Don't answer the phone
Remember the ring
7 days to survive

NEXT?
Why don't you look at Corregere
