The Web Poetry Corner - Angela Darlene Bean - Life One Day At A Time

Life One Day At A Time

by

Angela Darlene Bean

Living a dream
Life is sometimes a lie
Poverty, hate, crimes, poor
Growin up I had it all
Now I'm an adult, it's so hard
No money, no food, lost
Confused in a dilusional world
Left for pray, hunted
In a cold, dark world
People are mean, cruel
Life is a lie
Friends lost, friends gained
People seem to disappear
What you thought you knew
You really don't know
It's just a lie
Life is different
It's strange sometimes
You just gotta live life one day at a time
One day at a time
Life, one day at a time

NEXT?
Why don't you look at A touch of magic
