The Web Poetry Corner - Angela Bean - they took away...something from me

they took away...something from me

by

Angela Bean

they took away
something from me
they violated a part of me
*screams*
there is no god
you know
cos if there was
he would have done something
to stop it all
its like god was watching from above
and did nothing
just watching and probably laughing
and somehow i think i deserved it
i want to beat myself
scrape my skin till it bleeds
