How I Loved Nicki

Nicki sits there
staring at me with her blue eyes
her eyes as deep as the ocean
her gaze like a child wanting love
I stare at her
looking at her, knowing what she's saying
I walk to her, put my arms around her
hug her tight, hold her in my arms
kiss her on the cheek, and tell her I love her
I'll make her fears go away
and her dreams come true
give her all she wants in life

make her only mine
give her all my time
give her what she wants
let no one harm her
give her everything
cos she is special
and that a_shole took it away
one day
Nicki got AIDS
lived a good life
though we knew it'd end one day
we stayed together
doing as much as we could

though one day
Nicki couldn't handle it
so she shot herself
one bullet in the head
and soon after that
my girl Nicki was dead
