Ravished bride

I stand at the tempestuous shore

feelings of happiness to the core

tears sometimes over my cheeks

would dry as from eyes it leaks

this aint any strange feeling

betrothed to heavenly bridegroom

who fully stole my heart's room

though wordly lusts allure me

adulterous I cannot turn to be

fettered forever with my Jesus

yes I am his ravished heavenly bride

this joy and happiness I wont hide.
