The Web Poetry Corner - Alfy Andrews - Let us all smile

Let us all smile

by

Alfy Andrews

It warms as well as cools you
It is never kept, given away and it's true
This can bind hearts, works like glue
It rocks and chases away the blues
It lights up this dark world today
For the red zone will better expressions say
The normal curvature can liven up kindness
For this is one of the graceful attractiveness
15 muscles join to make the face blossom
The air becomes clean for miles
When this earth is filled with smiles
When we have Jesus, why should we be sad?
For in Him our merry hearts should be glad.
Though it's hate and beguile all the while
Lord, help us to greet one another with a smile
